Own and operate SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager)
Design and manage deployments, applications, and patching strategy
Support Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure infrastructure
Automate processes using PowerShell / scripting
Provide 3rd-line support and participate in 24/7 on-call
Monitor systems and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with global IT, OT, and production teams
Support platform improvements and migrations
