Information about the position Job description, responsibilities and duties Take the opportunity to join our growing team as a Document Services Operator for an international law firm. The team provides high quality, efficient and comprehensive document editing services to our 3,000 lawyers worldwide. This position will be performed on the shift bases: 4 days work, 4 days off. The total average hours in the working week is 32 hours only, which allows you to spend more time for your personal activities and get 50 days extra off.

Responsibilities

Your main activities will be:

• Formatting, editing and updating a wide range of documents, reports and presentations according to our branding
• Comparing documents
• Changing documents into the firm's templates
• Assisting internal clients with technical issues in MS Office documents
• Supporting workflow processes

Work conditions

• 32 hours working week on average
• Shift system allows you enough space for other work activities or more personal time
• Mostly remote—just coordinate with your team to find what works best
• Role is suitable also for candidates from other regions in Slovakia; we are flexible with the work being done remotely with an occasional office presence

Additional compensation and pay

• 20% bonus for afternoon hours
