Global Business Services is entering a new chapter. We are shaping a modern GBS organization that goes beyond delivering services - one that simplifies, standardizes and continuously improves the way we work across countries and functions.
You will work closely with the Head of Global Business Services and international stakeholders to turn strategic ideas into practical solutions. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks independently and is comfortable making decisions within their area of responsibility.
You will help shape new end-to-end services, coordinate international initiatives and drive transformation through governance, automation, Artificial Intelligence and Process Mining.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and independently drive international GBS projects and assigned work packages from concept through implementation, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, stakeholder alignment and follow-up.
- Support the development and implementation of the GBS Department Concept, governance framework and multi-year roadmap.
- Design, standardize and continuously improve end-to-end service models and business processes, with Employee Transportation and GBS Governance among the first strategic priorities.
- Identify and drive opportunities for automation, Artificial Intelligence and Process Mining to improve efficiency, transparency and service quality.
- Work with international stakeholders across functions and countries, facilitate workshops and management reviews, and ensure that agreed actions are translated into results.
- Prepare business analyses, KPIs, management presentations and decision-making materials for the Head of GBS and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, process performance and operational KPIs, proactively identify risks or gaps and initiate appropriate actions.
- Contribute to the expansion of the GBS service portfolio and to the development of scalable governance and operating standards across locations.
