Job description, responsibilities and duties
Take the opportunity to join our growing team as a Document Services Operator for an international law firm.
The team provides high quality, efficient and comprehensive document editing services to our 3,000 lawyers worldwide.
This position will be performed on the shift bases:
- 4 days work day shift 6:00-16:00
- 4 days off
- 4 days work evening shift 14:00-24:00
- 4 days off
The total average hours in the working week is 32 hours only, which allows you to spend more time for your personal activities.
Náplň práce
Your main activities will be:
- Formatting, editing and updating a wide range of documents, reports and presentations according to our branding
- Comparing documents
- Changing documents into the firm's templates
- Assisting internal clients with technical issues in MS Office documents
- Supporting workflow processes
We also offer junior equivalent of this position. You can join our training program and get developed to Documents Specialist role within couple of months.
