Join our EMEA spares team and play a key role in keeping our service operations running smoothly. What you’ll do:

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate spare parts shipments across the EMEA region based on delivery priorities
• Work closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Support urgent service requests and ensure fast shipment of critical spares
• Prepare shipping, export, and customs documentation
• Process shipping, receiving, and invoicing transactions in ERP systems
• Monitor freight costs and help ensure the right transport solutions are used
• Perform trade compliance (ITC) checks when required
• Coordinate material returns from the field
• Check customer credit requirements before shipment
