Admissions, Marketing & Communications Generalist

Photography, Video and Publications

• Support the production of photography and video content for school events, classroom activities, student achievements, portraits and interviews.
• Organise and maintain the school’s digital photo and video collection so approved assets are easy to locate and use.
• Assist with photo editing, basic video editing and the preparation of visual content for publication.
• Take operational responsibility for coordinating the annual Yearbook project, from content collection and production planning through to final publication and distribution, subject to approval by the Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications.
• Follow school safeguarding policies and procedures for privacy, consent and the appropriate use of student images and personal information.

Events, Community and Alumni Engagement

• Assist with the planning, promotion and delivery of open days, school tours, admissions events, community activities and partner events.
• Provide practical support with registration, event materials, preparation and follow-up communications.
• Support alumni engagement by maintaining contact records, gathering alumni news and preparing communications for review.
• Assist with alumni events and initiatives that strengthen connections between former students and the school.
• Liaise with staff, students, parents and alumni to gather contributions and encourage participation in school activities.

CRM, Data and Administrative Support

• Participate in the administration and regular updating of the school’s CRM system, particularly in relation to admissions, marketing campaigns, parent and prospective family communications, and data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate contact records, communication histories and application updates across relevant school systems.
• Maintain and regularly update the school’s GDPR consent database for marketing purposes, particularly permissions relating to student photographs, videos and personal data, and check consent records before content is published.
• Track content deadlines, publication schedules and outstanding contributions.
• Coordinate with colleagues and external suppliers to support the timely delivery of materials and activities.

• Minimálne dosiahnuté vzdelanie: vysokoškolské I. stupňa
• Vzdelanie v odbore: Marketing, Business Administration, Design/Graphic Design or a related field
• Jazykové znalosti: Anglický jazyk - Pokročilý (C1) a Slovenský jazyk - Expert (C2)
• Prax na pozícii/v oblasti: Marketing, with a focus on social media marketing and content marketing.
• Počet rokov praxe: 1

• Strong written and spoken English, with careful attention to spelling, grammar and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• A friendly, professional approach when working with families, students, colleagues and alumni.
• Creativity and an interest in storytelling, education and community engagement.
• Confidence using social media and digital content tools.
• Familiarity with similar design software.
• Willingness to learn and use website content management systems, email platforms and CRM tools.
• Discretion when handling confidential information and student content.
• The ability to work collaboratively, take initiative and follow tasks through to completion.
• Photography skills are highly desirable.
• Experience with newsletters, website management, video editing or school admissions systems would also be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a school, communications, marketing, customer service or administrative support role is welcome.

Odmeňovanie

Od 1 600 EUR/mesiac depending on experience and skills
