Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

• Secondary with school-leaving examination
• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

• English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Education/Qualifications:

• Senior analyst with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of VBA or databases is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales analysis and reporting is preferred, with at least 3 years in an analytical role (experience in pharma or medtech is not required).
• Well organized, communicative, and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, including distributors, sales representatives, sales managers, and marketing teams.
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak, with good English skills (B2/intermediate level) to support international communication.
• Higher education is preferred but not essential; a high school diploma with relevant skills is acceptable.
