We are looking for a dynamic professional to take our Employer Brand and Internal Communications to the next level. If you love storytelling, organizing unforgettable events and strategic marketing, this is the place for you!

Your responsibilities will be:

• Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing: Develop our EVP, run targeted campaigns and manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) to attract top talent.
• Internal Communication: Keep our team engaged and aligned through creative storytelling and digital initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Committee.
• Event Management: Own the end-to-end organization of company events – from Town Halls and team buildings to holiday parties (both virtual and in-person).
• Brand Governance: Ensure our brand identity is consistent across all channels and bring innovative ideas to modernize our approach.
• Analysis & Governance: Track the performance of your campaigns, manage the budget, and ensure all activities align with global corporate standards.

What makes you a great fit:

• Language skills: Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Technical skills: Advanced MS Excel (reports, data extraction), MS Outlook (calendar/mailbox management), PowerPoint, Canva.
• Working style: Independent, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively and handle sensitive data with high ethical standards.
• Communication skills: Confident and empathetic communicator, both in writing and in person.
• Personal qualities: Flexible, self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable representing the company professionally.
• University education (Bachelor's degree)
