Úlohy a zodpovednosti

You will be responsible for managing the Project Management Office (PMO) of the learning management system harmonization project, which combines two learning platforms into one SaaS solution. To this end, you will be responsible for reporting, risk, resource, escalation and quality management and ensure the progress of the program.

• You ensure that mitigations, agreements and work packages are implemented sustainably.
• You will define and coordinate project reporting and consolidate status reports, KPIs, risks, escalations and decision-making needs of all workstreams.
• You will ensure compliance with project management standards of all workstreams in terms of quality, processes, tools, methods, compliance, audits and templates, which are used and applied uniformly and globally in the project.
• You will be responsible for the preparation of C-level and steering board presentations in coordination with the program management and the workstreams.
• You will organize, moderate and document events, workshops and meetings.
• You will support the workstream leads in planning, progress control and resource tracking and ensure the consistency of program planning.
• You will ensure the consistency and validity of the program's internal communication across the board.

Požiadavky a kvalifikácia

• You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable field.
• You have many years of professional experience in project management of international, multiple and complex projects with high complexity.
• You have additional experience in leading PMOs of large programs/projects, and are a natural and strong leader.
• You have very strong knowledge of the 10 areas of project management: Team Operations Management, Scope, Schedule, Cost Management, Quality and Resource Management, Communications, Risk, Supplier/Vendor and Stakeholder Management.
• You have very in-depth experience with global communication, especially with cross-functional contact persons.
• You have in-depth experience in agile and hybrid project management.
• With your business fluency in German and English, you will be able to find your way around in an international environment.
