Marketing Manager

An experienced Marketing Manager with proven skills, strong ownership, and a high level of responsibility. This role requires a self-driven professional capable of building and leading a team while designing all processes from the ground up. Based on hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week. Position allows occasional work from home.

Náplň práce

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Brand Marketing - develop, implement, and evaluate targeted marketing plans in order to boost brand visibility, awareness, engagement and performance.
• Trade Marketing - build and maintain strong relationships with business partners. Develop, implement and evaluate trade marketing activations to maximize sales and brand presence in the retail environment.
• Retail Marketing – develop, implement and evaluate tailor-made activations on retail level, ensuring alignment with brands‘ communication and our marketing goals.
• Oversee the planning and spending of the marketing budget in terms of effective allocation and ROI.
• Be in charge of Social Media Manager and further expansion of the marketing team.
• Leverage the cooperation with marketing agency.

Odmeňovanie

• Salary starting from 2000 € / month (final offer will reflect the level of relevant experience and skills)
• Annual performance-based bonus
