Náplň práce

Management of command center activities in 24/7 operation include:

• Monitoring of IT services
• 1st level support and troubleshooting assistance
• Incident tracking and escalation
• Communication with internal and external clients
• Communication with vendors and schema (VISA, MasterCard)
• Reports creation and other tasks required by daily business
• Working in 12hrs shifts

Požiadavky

Minimum education required

• Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

• English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

• Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• IT infrastructure overview and technical literacy
• Practical experience with IT monitoring services (helpful but not required)
• Highly professional communication skills (spoken, written)
• Strongly client and service delivery oriented
• Self organized, attention to details, ability to multi-task
• Works independently but also effectively as part of team
• English is a must
• Italian is advantage
