Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Manage documents and approval flow
- Contract management - Ensure proper flow when signing contracts, evidence, tracking
- Manage Veeva approvals for all marketing materials including the evidence of the forms
- Work with other company systems as required
- Organization and coordination of internal and external events (meetings, trainings, congresses)
- Responsible for managing internal events and supporting commercial team members in external events logistics (scheduling, setting up conf and video calls, ordering catering if required, meetings records evidence)
- Responsible for managing the registrations for the congresses and registration of activities
- Responsible for preparing and sending individual invitations for each participants
- Marketing support during event preparation and active participation during the event
- Ordering, invoicing
- Listing of vendors and communication to them
- Creation of Purchase orders and follow the Purchase guideline at full extent, i.e.: Competitive Bidding if required by guideline, etc.
- Monitoring the process of the order – providing additional information/documents
- Support of local team
- Execution and coordination of business support activities (e.g. sending mailings, pricelists; presentation; printing; materials distribution; translation..)
- Contact point for the non-office based associates
- Office management activities

From 1 900 EUR/month; Annual bonus - 12% of annual salary

Candidates with education suit the position
- Secondary with school-leaving examination
- Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
- University education (Bachelor's degree)
- University education (Master's degree)
- Postgraduate (Doctorate)
Language skills
- Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
- English - Upper intermediate (B2)
