Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking a specialized Low-Code Application Support Specialist with strong platform knowledge to join our global team. In this role, your primary focus will not be developing applications from scratch, but rather utilizing your platform expertise for deep troubleshooting, root-cause identification, and maintaining the operational health of existing business-critical applications.
You will act as the technical backbone for the Low-Code operational tower, analyzing application logic, reviewing integrations, and collaborating with client’s internal developers and business stakeholders to ensure high availability and compliance.

As part of a globally distributed team spanning UTC-6, UTC+1, and UTC+8 time zones, you will contribute to around-the-clock service coverage. This role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule, providing support for critical P1/P2 incidents outside standard business hours.
- Provide expert L2/L3 support specifically for Low-Code enterprise solutions.
- Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor for the dedicated global Low-Code team.
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on Low-Code applications to resolve complex incidents.
- Analyse application logs, microflows, and data models to identify logic errors or performance bottlenecks.
- Support system integrations, working with APIs and middleware platforms connected to the Low-Code ecosystem.
- Resolve authentication issues and integrations with SSO providers.
- Liaise directly with client stakeholders and development teams/vendors to propose code fixes and architectural improvements.
- Ensure all application changes and updates are executed in accordance with Change Management and compliance protocols.
- Document technical findings, resolutions, and operational workarounds in the Knowledge Base.
