The stated salary represents the minimum for this position. Final compensation is determined individually based on your experience, expertise, seniority, and overall profile. In addition, we offer a performance-based bonus linked to individual results and the company’s success.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

In our Shared Service Centre (SSC) we are currently seeking a driven individual to join our growing team and enhance their skills and network while collaborating with experienced Accounting and Finance experts across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the AP mailbox and ensuring timely follow-up of incoming queries and invoices.
• Vendor administration, including creating and maintaining vendor master data.
• Purchase Order (PO) administration, invoicing and approval flows.
• Handling payments, preparing payment proposals and postings.
• Following up on vendor ageings and resolving outstanding items.
• Supporting the monthly and year-end closing process for AP, including clearings and missing invoices.
• Ensuring correct VAT administration on incoming invoices.
• Performing bank handling activities, including proposals and postings, and managing mirror codes.
• Managing bank guarantees.
• Supporting Treasury activities and providing RBR administration.
• Maintaining and following up on the AP Checklist to ensure controls and deadlines are met.
