WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client projects, from planning to execution and successful implementation, including technology and integration-related solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies while coordinating international, cross-country projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Build strong long-term partnerships with key clients, act as their trusted advisor, and oversee onboarding, service reviews, and high-quality ongoing cooperation.
• Analyze client needs, challenge assumptions, and design practical, scalable solutions that bring real business value.
• Guide clients through transitions, transformations, and change initiatives.
• Oversee service quality in day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities for growth, continuous improvement, and expansion of cooperation.
• Monitor project and account financials, ensure billing accuracy, manage risks, and support commercial targets.
• Support less experienced colleagues, share know-how, and contribute to a high-performing and positive team environment.
