People Operations Partner

You’ll own the full employee lifecycle — from offer acceptance to last day — as a trusted, discreet presence for managers and colleagues. You’ll work closely with our Head of People & Culture, making sure every process, document, and detail gets handled with care.

This role suits someone who figures things out as they go and enjoys being the person people rely on. People Operations experience, readiness to work independently, and a drive to improve processes — not just follow them — are important. The role offers the option to work partially remote.

Náplň práce

• Onboarding & offboarding: Support new colleagues from offer to their first weeks — documentation, equipment, check-ins. Make them feel welcome.
• Contracts & documentation: Prepare NDAs and internal documents, manage workflows through an electronic document-signing system, keep templates fresh. Handle everything from employees to contractors and special arrangements.
• HR systems, payroll & benefits: Own the HRIS, handle payroll for Slovakia and the Czech Republic, manage benefits, cards, and hardware stock.
• Systems & administration: Set up and deactivate account access, keep the handbook accurate.
• Ad hoc & special cases: Handle employment questions thoughtfully, coordinate across teams, and be the go-to for sensitive matters.
• Culture & wellbeing: Contribute to team culture and help make a place where people want to be — through clear, thoughtful communication. We’ve built an environment where people feel connected and cared for.

Požiadavky a kvalifikácia

Experience helps, but isn’t everything. Some People Operations or Operations background is needed — what matters more is learning fast and finding your way in new situations.
