You will work with highly technical products, modern manufacturing systems, and passionate colleagues worldwide—turning strategy into reliable, best‑in‑class production.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead global manufacturing projects across footprint, automation, and technology transfer to deliver measurable improvements in SQDC performance.
- Drive development and upgrades of assembly and test lines, increasing automation, stability, and production efficiency.
- Standardize manufacturing processes across global plants to enable scalable, repeatable, and cost‑effective operations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional, international teams and suppliers to align stakeholders and execute projects smoothly from concept to implementation.
- Challenge and improve existing setups, using data and structured project methods to enable continuous improvement.
- In this job, travelling up to 20% is required
