Key responsibilities
The Change Readiness & Enablement (CRE) team sits within the Operational Model Excellence (OMEX) organizational structure and provides change management strategy and oversight to CorSo's strategic initiatives. CRE's mandate is to ensure our internal communities are prepared, willing and able to adopt the various process and technology changes that impact their roles. We also partner closely with project managers and leaders to ensure there is transparency and collaboration across the portfolio.
