This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with corporate accounting teams across APAC to ensure high quality and timely deliverables in the statutory and financial compliance space.

• Perform or support month-end activities, including closing sub-ledgers, general ledger account reconciliations, reporting and balance sheet account analysis.
• Prepare month-end flux analysis for all P&L and balance sheet accounts and share it with stakeholders, together with analysis of the reasons for the changes.
• Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and knowledge in accounting and apply in-depth knowledge, principles and systems design to recognize complex and unique issues and develop resolutions, or consistently consult with leadership to achieve resolution.
• Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures and internal controls are in place and documented, and work on process improvements.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, including reconciliations with GST tax returns and sub-ledger reports, and highlight issues and take the necessary action.
• Interact and work closely with auditors on audit-related queries and ensure smooth completion of audits.
• Be responsible for GRC compliance and internal control, and align improvements and changes with stakeholders.
• Perform and support new business and system launches, including UAT of accounting entries and financial reporting.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Požiadavky

• Strong organizational skills and information technology aptitude.
• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience.
• 3+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
• 4+ years of experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
• 4+ years of experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• 4+ years of experience identifying, leading and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role, such as engineering, process re-engineering or quality assurance.
