About the job
The DUA Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance of our Delegated Underwriting Authority operations. Serving as a foundational backbone of the team, you will administer end-to-end binder acceptance and renewal workflows, maintain rigorous quality control, and coordinate third-party audits and budgets.
This junior level position is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong learning agility. Working within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure all activities are completed accurately efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the DUA team, including document preparation, data entry, and quality checks
- Review contracts, manage binder onboarding/renewal processes, and coordinate audits
- Check and close binder Final Admin tasks
- Support Audit preparation, review and invoicing
- Schedule and coordinate actions with stakeholders and handle queries
- Assist with preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and documentation
- Update and prepare weekly reports for pending tasks
