What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and maintain 3D models and technical drawings to ensure high-quality, manufacturable products
- Develop and optimize hydraulic pumps and motors to improve efficiency, durability, and performance
- Collaborate with simulation experts to validate designs using FEM and CFD and strengthen product reliability
- Partner with testing teams to validate and qualify products under real operating conditions
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and sales to bring new products successfully to market
