Účel roly

The purpose of this role is to perform the role of Delegated Business Partner including involvement in business as usual activities across multiple classes including being the main day to day touchpoint across a select line(es) of business. Conduct project work in line with the Delegated Strategy established and set by the Head of Delegated Underwriting, problem case resolution and acting as a subject matter expert to the business within your areas of operation.

• Conduct the role of Delegated Business Partner in being the main point of contact and escalation across a select line(es) of business(es), attending regular catch-ups with those teams to understand the operations of that line(es) of business(es) in better detail and support where required technical knowledge to facilitate and support the business at .
• Oversee and Coordinate of core day to day DUA activities using your technical knowledge to conduct more in-depth reviews which are more complex as the subject matter expert including conducting renewals of existing relationships, onboarding of new relationships and the work associated with these tasks such as reviewing due-diligence documentation and conducting slip reviews.
• Maintain and building core relationships including face to face and remote stakeholder management between all our internal and external stakeholders drilling down from expertise from function across the business (including claims, finance, compliance, legal and CES).
• Acting as a London Market subject matter expert in managing delegated authorities in various capacities, including training and knowledge transfer within the team and the wider business and engaging with project teams and broader areas of the business where required.
• Provide training to the existing team to support learning and development, establishing a training and refresh program and also training new members on the team both onshore and offshore.
• Day to Day oversight and management of the 3rd Party Coverholder Audit process, peer reviewing the teams work in line with our internal controls, build on ways of improving the process and ensuring that reports and recommendations are reviewed and closed off line with our suite of SLA’s.
