About the Role Join our growing Records Management Operations team as a junior operative. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn on the job while overseeing key operational tasks that keep our records lifecycle humming. From supporting customer requests and coordinating physical records with vendors, to helping manage files and exception declarations, you’ll get real exposure to global records practices in a supportive environment.

Our task is to take ensure that records – our most important documents – are handled in line with regulations and to provide an excellent service to our colleagues who need to store and retrieve them. Our mandate includes traditional records on paper up to modern technologies like electronic document systems and . While we have colleagues in various offices our center with the largest part of the team and management is in Bratislava.
1 600 - 2 600 EUR/month For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 1,600] and [EUR 2,600] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers: • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, • the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience. In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.
