We’re looking for a motivated junior professional (ideally a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of IT experience) to join our well-established and supportive global team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn from senior experts, develop technical expertise in enterprise environments, and grow into a Technical Application Expert over time.
You’ll manage critical applications for our clients in a highly regulated sector. You will gain hands-on experience with ITSM processes, cloud environments, and enterprise access management while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Team structure and support coverage
As part of a globally distributed team spanning UTC-6, UTC+1, and UTC+8 time zones, you will contribute to around-the-clock service coverage. This role might include participation in a rotating on-call schedule, providing support for critical P1/P2 incidents outside standard business hours after the training period.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1.5 / Level 2 support for business-critical enterprise applications.
- Handle Incident Tickets, Service Requests, user access management, and Active Directory / SSO.
- Triage tickets and analyse application logs to identify root causes of reported issues.
- Guide global users on correct system usage to prevent recurring operational issues, potentially deliver user trainings.
- Assist in creating and maintaining operational documentation and runbooks.
- Manage Incidents and Service Requests in accordance with ITIL best practices using ServiceNow.
- Work closely with senior colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and learn system and application architecture.
