Job description

This role is suitable for a strong HR professional with solid automotive experience, excellent knowledge of Slovak labour law, strong analytical skills and the ability to independently manage complex HR topics.

The position combines HR reporting and analytics, governance, audits, labour-law support and selected HR operations, while also acting as a key support to the Site HR Manager.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with detailed data and documentation as well as discussing HR topics directly with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and analyse HR reports and key HR KPIs
• Prepare management reports, identify trends, deviations and risks, and propose corrective actions
• Support HR governance, internal policies, procedures and process standards
• Coordinate and support HR preparation for internal, customer and certification audits
• Follow up audit findings and corrective actions
• Ensure quality and consistency of HR processes and documentation
• Provide strong support in labour-law, employee-relations and complex HR cases
• Act as a senior HR support and knowledge-sharing partner within the HR team
• Support complex cases related to foreign and third-country employees
• Cooperate closely with Payroll, HSE, Operations, Finance and central HR functions
• Support workforce planning, personnel-cost analysis and other HR projects
• Represent and support the Site HR Manager in selected operational and management topics
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement of HR processes and standards
