Job description, responsibilities and duties The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily HR operations and supporting the company’s further development as well as maintain efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Scope of Responsibilities

The role will include end-to-end ownership and support across the full employee lifecycle and HR operations:

1. HR Administration & Employee Records

• Managing employee documentation (contracts, amendments, terminations)
• Maintaining personnel files and HR systems
• Ensuring compliance with local labor law and internal policies
• Handling confidential employee and company data

2. Payroll & Attendance Support

• Preparing payroll inputs (attendance, absences, bonuses, deductions)
• Managing attendance systems and data accuracy
• Supporting the reporting to institutions (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Tax Office)

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Managing recruitment processes (job postings, screening, organize interviews)
• Communication with candidates
• Organizing onboarding, documentation, and employee integration

4. Employee Support & HR Operations

• Supporting and handling employee queries (policies, benefits, HR processes)
• Managing leave records, sick leave, and absences
• Supporting employee relations and conflict resolution
• Organizing employee events and internal communication

5. Training, Compliance & BOZP

• Coordinating mandatory trainings
• Maintaining compliance documentation and audit readiness
• Supporting internal audits and inspections

6. Reporting & HR Analytics

• Preparing regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, KPIs)
• Supporting management with data-driven insights (proactive support of the management)
• Preparing documentation for audits and internal reporting
