Crisis & Resilience Specialist (Hybrid set up)

About the role

In this position, you will support the day-to-day operations, governance, exercising, tooling and continuous improvement of crisis management capability as well as strengthening overall operational resilience. The role also offers exposure to real-world incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate training, onboarding, and awareness activities for crisis, emergency and incident response teams
• Support the development and maintenance of incident management plans
• Facilitate the planning and delivery of crisis exercises, including scheduling, stakeholder management, administration, logistics and troubleshooting
• Support real-world incident and crisis response activities through invocation, coordination, log keeping, administration, situational awareness and reporting
• Administer and support crisis management tools and platforms, including user onboarding, access management, testing, reporting, and data maintenance
• Maintain crisis management documentation, crisis contact information, and governance records
• Support Business Units and Group Functions in maintaining Operational Resilience plans
• Assist in resilience testing and exercises, including tracking follow-up actions
• Support programme and project governance, reporting, OKR tracking and continuous improvement activities across strategic programmes
• Help prepare management information reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to regulatory, audit, and governance activities by maintaining evidence, documentation, and reporting, as required
• Demonstrate willingness to participate in on-call and out-of-hours incident and crisis response activities when required
• Support the team with coordination, planning and delivery activities across crisis management and resilience programmes

About the team

The crisis management function is part of Operational Resilience and leads on ensuring the organisation remains effective and can meet its commitments during disruptions or crises. It is a global team with practitioners based in multiple countries.
