We are looking for a new colleague (replacement during maternity leave) to join our team in a role that combines customer care, order processing, and logistics support.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, likes to keep things organized, and wants to be part of a team where their work has a real impact on day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction.

You will be in regular contact with customers and internal teams, helping to ensure that orders and requests are handled smoothly, accurately, and professionally.

You will also become part of a very friendly and supportive team, where people genuinely help each other and where your role will be seen as an important part of the company’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Order Management:
  • Receiving and processing orders from global distributors and end customers via an emails to our internal online platform integrated with SAP Business One.
• Production & Supply Chain Coordination:
  • Maintaining active communication with manufacturing facilities (Thailand, Spain, New Zealand) to verify production capacities, lead times, and confirm delivery schedules.
• Export & Logistics Administration:
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation for international trade is provided (e.g., EUR1, Certificates of Origin) and coordinating with the logistics department to facilitate export processes.
• Financial Administration:
  • Issuing invoices and credit notes, while working in close cooperation with the Finance Department to track payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Sales Back Office:
  • Providing support to the Sales Team in generating price quotations and managing customer data within the assigned division's portfolio.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca

• stredoškolské s maturitou
• Anglický jazyk - Stredne pokročilý (B2)
• at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
• active communication in English (regular communication with customers as well as within the company)
• knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
• customer-oriented mindset and willingness to look for solutions
• positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
