Customers rely on convenient access to millions of products delivered right to their doorstep. The team is re-imagining that experience to fit the specific needs of the UK's Education sector — the institutions that shape the next generation. From large multi-academy trusts and local-authority maintained schools to independent schools, further education colleges, and specialist providers, these customers exist to educate and develop young people, and the team exists to help them do more of it.
The service helps schools and education providers reshape their procurement with cost and time savings, greater productivity, and insightful purchasing analytics. Customers benefit from a curated site experience, business-only pricing and selection, multi-user accounts, approvals workflows, purchasing system integrations, payment solutions, dedicated customer support, and more. For institutions operating on tight budgets with growing pupil numbers and rising costs, every pound saved on procurement can go directly to classroom resources and student outcomes.
As an Account Manager in the UK Education team, you will own a focused portfolio of education customers and help them get more from the service — saving time, reducing cost, and freeing up resources for the outcomes they exist to deliver. We are looking for someone who is genuinely curious about how schools and education providers operate, comfortable working independently against quotas, and motivated by the impact the work has on students and educators.
A successful Account Manager will be a confident self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working independently, and genuinely curious about how the UK education sector operates. The successful candidate will join a young and dynamic department covering 5 EU markets in a multi-cultural environment.
