Job description, responsibilities and duties This role will be responsible for optimizing how work moves through our development organization, from idea and requirements through analysis, development, testing and release.

This role owns the end-to-end delivery flow, drives transparency, identifies bottlenecks, improves predictability and ensures alignment between business priorities and development operations.

Typical Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development process.
• Ensure smooth flow of work across analysis, development, testing and release.
• Identify and address work queues, bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.
• Refine workflow design, handoffs and delivery policies.
• Manage and monitor work streams across the development organization.
• Define and monitor delivery metrics such as lead time, cycle time, work in progress (WIP), throughput and flow efficiency.
• Detect degradation in delivery flow and initiate improvement actions.
• Monitor organizational dependencies and delivery risks.
• Promote collective ownership and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Facilitate retrospectives and feedback loops.
• Facilitate value stream mapping activities.
• Ensure the most valuable work is prioritized and delivered first.
• Improve delivery predictability and transparency.
• Align development operations with business outcomes.
