We're looking for a
German-speaking Customer Service Representative
Support our international customer service team during a temporary assignment of approximately 4–6 months, with the possibility of extension.
To ensure a successful onboarding, the successful candidate is expected to spend the first 2 weeks primarily on-site, gaining hands-on understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and business operations.
After the initial onboarding period, a more flexible working arrangement can be discussed. However, regular on-site collaboration approximately 1–2 times per week is required.
The position also includes occasional business travel, primarily to Germany for onboarding, training, and collaboration with colleagues and customers, as well as ad hoc travel to support business needs.
