The specific salary offered considers: the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role and the applicant’s own profile including education/ qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience. In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range. We are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and employee travel expense reimbursements and reconciliation. As Accounts Payable Team Leader, you'll lead a team of 9 skilled professionals, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and travel expense activities across locations worldwide. You'll be a key player in shaping how global finance operations run - influencing processes, driving transformation, and developing the next generation of finance talent.

• Lead and inspire a team of 9 professionals, ensuring timely and accurate handling of accounts payable and travel expense activities across global locations
• Identify, develop, and retain talent through coaching, performance management, career development conversations, and succession planning
• Drive operational stability by meeting critical deadlines including reconciliations, quarterly closings, and timely supplier payments
• Partner closely with fellow Team Leaders and global stakeholders to align priorities, share best practices, and deliver consistent, high-quality service across the organisation
• Liaise with local offices and suppliers to ensure all invoices are properly accounted for in line with local requirements and paid on time
• Participate in and contribute to global projects and finance transformation initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to improve how things are done
