Lead and manage the complete design process, ensuring timely delivery of all design documentation from concept through execution.
Zodpovednosti
- Lead and manage the complete design process, ensuring timely delivery of all design documentation from concept through execution.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, infrastructure, process, BIM, and environmental disciplines.
- Act as the primary interface between the Project Management Office (PMO), the Chinese Design Institute, local designers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Review and coordinate design documentation to ensure compliance with Slovak legislation, European standards, Employer's Requirements, and project quality standards.
- Manage design schedules, identify risks and interface issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project milestones.
- Support procurement activities by preparing technical documentation, reviewing BoQs, responding to tender queries, and participating in technical evaluations.
- Provide technical support during construction, including review of RFIs, shop drawings, design changes, value engineering proposals, and As-Built documentation.
- Ensure effective document control, stakeholder communication, and successful coordination of permit approvals, technical reviews, and multidisciplinary design integration.
