Job description
Own and drive the end-to-end delivery, operation, and evolution of enterprise creative and generative AI services.
Act as the central interface between business stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Sales) and IT, ensuring that solutions deliver maximum value, innovation, and compliance across the organization.
You will be part of a global IT Customer & Marketing Platforms team, shaping modern digital content creation ecosystems.
Task and responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of services, including strategy, delivery, operations, and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding all service, technical, and innovation topics related to the solutions
- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals and innovation cycles (e.g., AI-driven content generation)
- Drive adoption and enablement of capabilities across global teams
- Coordinate implementation and integration of solutions within the enterprise IT landscape (e.g., identity, DAM, CMS, marketing platforms) as well as third party AI models
- Lead release planning and change management, ensuring smooth rollouts of new features and updates
- Oversee incident, problem, and service management in line with ITIL best practices
- Manage and collaborate with external vendors and partners
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance policies, especially related to generative AI usage
- Drive innovation use cases (e.g., AI-generated assets, automated workflows, content scaling)
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, and user satisfaction to continuously optimize the platform
Required education, experience, knowledge/skills
Education:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
Technical skills:
- Strong experience with SaaS platforms, ideally an Adobe ecosystem (experience with Creative Cloud, Firefly, Experience Cloud is a plus)
- Solid understanding of cloud environments (e.g., Azure), integrations, and APIs
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of digital content workflows, asset management, and marketing technologies
- Familiarity with AI / generative AI tools and governance is highly desirable
