Náplň práce

• Design and manage modern workplace solutions using endpoint management and automated device deployment
• Administer cloud productivity services and identity management
• Implement and maintain endpoint security, compliance policies, and automation for device management
• Design and operate enterprise/cloud printing solutions and ensure reliable endpoint connectivity
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, documentation, monitoring, and 3rd level support for endpoint environments

Požiadavky

• 3+ years experience as Workplace/Endpoint Engineer with strong expertise in endpoint management and device deployment
• Solid cloud productivity administration skills and identity management
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities; experience with application packaging
• Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance policies, mobile device management, and DLP/backup principles
• Strong documentation skills, team collaboration, fluent English; relevant certifications are a plus
